Tim Caldwell has always been fair and honest with me. I have used his facility for about 25 years. You couldn't ask for better mechanics or service. Quality employees from the front check in desk though out your entire business with them.
After getting the run around and quoted unreasonable prices from 3 other dealers, I decided to check out Highland cause I know a guy that works there, Obie Miller. Well, Obie wasn't there, but Jimmy gave me an awesome deal and had my tires on and an alignment in less than an hour. The work was flawless and the customer service was awesome! Definitely worth the 30 minute drive for me. I'll never go anywhere else!
Highland tire took over Tilden on hwy 58. The guys took really good care of me and I can't thank them enough. Brandon the mechanic, thanks for the extra help.
The team at Highland Tire keep all my vehicles going , they go out of their way to make sure it is right. If I need anything I go to Highland Tire for tires alignment and repairs first ! I couldn't have been more impressed with Highland Tire and Auto in Hixson. We were stuck in Chattanooga on the side of the road, and Highland Tire sent out a tow truck. While we were on the way, the guys ran out to find a tire that would fit our car. Once we arrived, they had the new tire on in less than fifteen minutes. They even checked the others to make sure we didn't damage anything else, and they did that at no additional cost.
