Always the best Professional without feeling robotic, and obviously committed to customer service and not squeezing every dime out of their clients. Front desk personnel are the best; they will definitely make you feel at ease if the dentist makes you nervous. I was on a time crunch and they were able to move things around to get me moving, which was deeply appreciated. Also, the new website is *choice.* Recommend to all my coworkers.
I was traveling for work and had some semi-emergency dental work that needed to be done. They got me in, the work was great, they were friendly, and I would gladly recommend Highland Smiles to anyone. I called a dozen different dentists in the area and Reina followed up better than any of them, she was thorough and friendly and patient and made sure everything that needed to be done was done. Everybody should have a Reina working for them.

All interactions I've had with the staff and dentist at this office have been wonderful! Everyone has been so welcoming and I've even recommended this office to my fiance who currently uses a large chain dental office. I appreciate how personable and warm everyone has been. I would highly recommend this office to others.
