I have been going to your place for years...and it is always a new person that I see....kind of used to it. Each is courteous and knowledgeable so I don't mind. I can say, in the past, my wait time from signing in to actually being seen had been very long in the past....not this last visit. it was very nice. thanks
Excellent Hygenist yesterday. She was great. I'm so glad to go back to your office now that you have a new hygenist. My teeth feel good and I don't have any lingering pain like my previous visits. Please keep this new hygenist.

GMS Highland Dental on McKinney is perfect for a short visit on a workday. Service is great, fast and courteous.
Brad Does Not Listen!! I enjoyed my interactions with both the dentist and the hygienist. They were kind, personable, and reassuring. I do however have a problem with the office manager, Brad. He reminds me of a used car salesman. After my checkup I was asked to wait on him so that he would discuss my treatment plan. I let him know that the dentist stated I should get my wisdom teeth out first, but before that, get a cleaning. He stated that wasn't the case. He then wrote down, in order, the list of what I ought to take care... read more
