RecommendedIt’s been great being a part of the Highland Row community over the last few years and I highly recommend it for anyone seeking residency in the city of Memphis. It’s centrally located with lots of great amenities and modernization along with an awesome staff. I’m not bias but Kasey Corum’s my fav, so schedule a walk through with her today... you’ll be glad you did!
I’ve lived here for about 4 months now and I have no complaints! Highland row is a great place to live with a fun and enjoyable environment! Also, Kasey Corum is super helpful with all your needs!

I’ve lived in Highland Row for 4 years and wouldn’t want to live anywhere else in Memphis! I’ve had 0 complaints while living there. They have always been very attentive to my requests. Plus - the complex is BEAUTIFUL! I’m so sad to leave but my job is taking me back to AR. HR, you will be missed!
Love living in Highland Row! The facilities are great, and the complex is kept clean and safe. My issues and concerns are always addressed, and I have enjoyed my time living here immensely!
We moved into our beautiful apartment at Highland Row in April during the pandemic. Although the clean, new, wondeful shared spaces haven't been open during this time, we have still enjoyed every minute of being here. The "stay at home" order hasn't been difficult since we have completely fallen in love with our home here. We moved here for the full gym, gorgeous pool and lounge areas, balcony, kitchen island, kitchen storage space, and more luxaries. When it was time to move out of my 3 bedroom, I stayed on the staff about a 1 bedroom because I love it here so much! Staff that remembers your name, same day maintenance assistance, beautiful landscape, amazing pool, etc.. this place is great!
