RecommendedHighland Row is a great home and I would highly recommend living here! I like how convenient it is to design your apartment the way you like it, the staff are amazing, and having The Casual Pint, Hot Workx (the BEST workouts in town by the way), and Gloss all just a walking distance from my apartment is a huge plus!

Highland row staff have been great from touring to signing the lease and any maintenance we have needed. Coming from DC, we had high expectations of what we expected out of a luxury apartment building. Highland has been comparable for the most part. Memphis is on the up and up. I would recommend the property.
This is a wonderful apartment complex. The buildings are newer, so my apartment is very clean and up to date. It is cool in the Summer and warm in the Winter. The apartments are also extremely quiet -- some of the apartments face a busier street (including mine), but I never hear any traffic. I never hear my neighbors either. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. 5/5 would recommend to anybody.😀

These apartments have everything you need! Great location, great staff, and great amenities! We love the spacing in the apartment, as well as the amenities that are offered by the apartments! The area is pretty quiet although it is around a lot of businesses and is directly beside the UofM. Great for taking a quick walk if needed or if you're a student or commuter to the downtown area, it's easy to get up and go to arrive at your destination quickly!😀

I've lived in Highland Row since August 2020 and I absolutely love it! All common spaces are clean and the staff is friendly and genuinely care about any issues you might run into living there. I had a package get delivered to a different apartment and one of the leasing office representatives drove there personally to get it for me. Those things go a long way for me and make Highland Row a very welcoming community! Most of all, I feel very safe living there! I moved into Highland Row last June and haven’t had any issues. Friendly office staff, great location near restaurants/Midtown/East Memphis and the University of Memphis. Quick responses whenever you have an issues. Much better experience then I have had in the past with apartments in the area!
