The staff here is incredibly rude. Amenities and community are good though. Gates are broken for months at a time which isn’t ideal in Memphis
Highland row is horrible. Very unorganized to be pay 1460 a month. The parking is horrible. Your guest and family has no where to park when visiting. Management has a very slow response and is at times not respectful. The building smells like paraphernalia at times. If you are a college student this might be a cool place for you if you can tolerate the smell and parking but if you have a career this is not the right place for you at all! Highland Row ia a wonderful place to reside. Misty and Raph are absolutely great and the security guard Amber is great as well!!!
Loved living there! Convenient and always felt safe. Great staff.
Will be moving in. Love the feel of the apartment complex. My biggest complaint is the way management communicates with residents. They only provide one number for potential residents and current residents. 9/10 they will not answer. I've called numerous times and left messages, but they usually never call back. If you are looking to move in, come to the office and talk about everything. Also, leasing management seems to not provide important information in advance. My lease was sent a day before move in.
