So far I am loving highland row! The staff is so friendly, extremely helpful, and responsive. The first week I was here and we needed a maintenance request, they were on it very quickly! Everything was exactly like the pictures when we moved in. Couldn’t be happier!

I have lived here for over a year and have never had an issue until the new management RAM Partners took over. It is very evident that the new management only cares about profits and not about taking care of their residents. Currently the pool is only open Tuesday- Saturday until 5 pm and the gym is open Monday-Sunday until 4:45. Before this year we had never experience COVID-19 and we all had to adjust to the new normal. We do realize residents pay a premium to live in many apartments, but we must follow rules set by CDC/Shelby County Health Dept. These rules are not to benefit the staff. Prior to RAM Partners management team taking over Highland Row, my experience was remarkable. The lack of human decency for the amount you pay to live here is disheartening. During COVID-19 they made some new rules, just like everyone else in the world, but selfishly implemented them to benefit them more then the residents who pay to live here. I’ve lived her for almost 3 years now and really enjoyed my time here until RAM Partners took over the management. The staff is lazy and doesn’t do really anything except post on social media during the day. They recently started charging a $25/month parking charge for a garage that is not operational and hasn’t been for months. They also recently reopened the pool during leasing office hours only and then close it early every day so that their staff can leave early. Hi Halle I am sorry to learn you are unhappy with your experience with Ram management at Highland Row. Due to covid 19 and Shelby County Health Dept. The pool has designated hours in which we had everyone to sign upon receiving your pool bands. The hours designated are 10am-5pm.Tues.-Sat. Sunday and Monday’s it’s closed for cleaning. I’ve lived here for a year and have had a great experience. Fabulous staff, clean amenities and whenever I have a problem they fix it immediately.
