I have been with them for 16 years and have had my ups and downs. The care my kids have gotten is good, its the other stuff. When you get first appt of the day and you hear the doctor go into the room on the side of you first! Then you can hear every single word in the next room??!! Then you think, ok, we are next (now it is 8:30) and your doctor is in the hallway talking to someone for 15 minutes! What is the point of getting first appt?! The biggest issue for me!
Fantastic office and dr. Mary Beth is so encouraging. As a new mom I was scared to ask questions but she put my mind at ease!
We've been coming to Highland Pediatrics for over 17 years. Even when we moved out of Fall River all the way to West Bridgewater we still continued to come to Highland Pedi for all of our children's medical needs. We love it here and wouldn't take our 3 boys anywhere else!
Highland pediatrics must be the best in the city, I love Dr Caeti, she is the reason I stay even though its quite a ride away. All the staff are great, but Dr Dani is amazing with the kids and parents, so caring and understanding.
I absolutely love this office. The whole staff is totally professional and friendly. My 2 kids love it there especially Dr. CAETI. She is so great and kid friendly. She takes the time to really get to know the kids and let's me ask all the questions I have. Totally recommend it.
