Very good Dentist . Makes you feel at ease and relaxed. I have a son the does not like going to the dentist and he was great with him.
It's reassuring to be treated by knowledgeable professionals. Dr Sandburg is quietly understanding of people's anxieties undergoing dental care . He and his staff are friendly and reassuring, informing patients of their procedure. The receptionist is the kindest , friendliest and most patient person I have met in that role. Because I have seen this I am returning to this office for my dental care.
My daughter and I came in. Staff made her feel comfortable. They made her feel special. She wanted to be first!!! She liked picking out a toy, she knew if she was brave she would get to pick out a toy. She also enjoyed watching a movie during her visit and while her mommy got her teeth clean! Staff is wonderful! Dr. Sandburg, your doing wonderful job!!
Had a great check-up, cleaning & exam today with the whole Firefly team. I mentioned to Becky that I was on a tight schedule & she informed Dr. Sandberg. Together they made sure I was out on time. The entire team is efficient, professional, competent and friendly. The newly remodeled office is awesome! I highly recommend Firefly Family Denistry. Thanks Firefly for always exceeding expectations!! 😀
Wife and I went for 6 month checkups and cleaning. Saw two separate hygienists. We told them we preferred scaling with old fashioned steel tools to ultrasonic cleaning and both hygienists went along willingly. My cleaning experience was a 5--not the slightest pain or discomfort and it was fun to watch a sitcom on Netflix (with subtitles no less). Wife said her gums hurt quite a bit during cleaning and for a while afterward. Office clerical staff were extremely cheerful, professional, and helpful.

This was top of the line care with cutting edge technology and the most comfortable dental experience of my life and I needed a crown! The staff is superb from the reception to dr.Sandberg and his assistant to the office assistant handling the insurance authorization to re-runs of Frazier for distraction. Everyone was very friendly, provided good details about next steps and what to expect at each step along the way. Unbelievably, I didn't feel any pain not even a twitch.
First appointment went great, dentist took time to get to know me and discuss any issues I had with my teeth. Great step up from my last dentist; really glad I decided to switch!
