After years of searching I have finally found a home for all of my dental needs. Firefly Family Dentistry makes it easy and pain free. They explain things very thoroughly, in terms I can understand. They actually make me look forward to going to the dentist!
They have 0 tolerance for late cancellations and the policy of 48 hrs... There is no flexibility in their policy because their "doctors chair time is so important" and "we have to make money too". My dentist office has waiting lists of pts that want to get in sooner and will fill a late cancelation with someone who is more than willing to take it. I have never heard of a policy like this and needless to say, my business is going to a dentist more understanding of the "busy ness" of life
It was a relaxed atmosphere. My hygenist Amanda was amazing. Very professional and proficient. I am so glad that you were recommended. FIREFLY Dentistry .... YOU ROCK!!!
A very pleasant experience yesterday having my teeth cleaned. Comfortable office, very clean and efficient. Even got to watch beautiful pictures of mountains while procedure being done.
