Having a crown replaced in one painless visit is amazing. The technology used is awesome. Dr. Sandberg, Lindsay and Bree are friendly, professional and caring.
Everyone in this office are friendly and accommodating. I drive from across town to see Dr. Sandberg and Becky. Becky is the best hygienist I have ever had. Dr. Sandberg is an excellent dentist and always makes me feel comfortable even though I HATE going to the dentist.
Great people! Friendly, outgoing and trustworthy - seem to truly care for their clients. I felt welcomed and comfortable during my visits. They also accept most major insurance coverages and a discount for those without insurance coverage. Only downside that I've experienced (twice now), is a long wait (over 30 minutes both visits!) before seeing the staff. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Both the exam and cleaning went smoothy. It was extremely thorough. The hygenist and Dr. Sandberg were professional, considerate and informative. The facility was welcoming and very clean. I like the text and email reminding me of my appointment.
Dr. Sandberg and his staff are very professional, calm and caring. They have the newest equipment, billed my insurance, and fixed my teeth with a minimum of discomfort.
Staff was great and I am satisfied with my visit.
I had scheduled an appointment for a crown, and I started to have problems with the tooth before the scheduled appointment. I called the office, and Dr. Sandberg scheduled my crown appointment for the same day I called! He stayed late (after his 5:00 closing time) to accommodate me. He was very attentive to my experience of discomfort during the procedure and did everything he could do to ensure my comfort.
Not only today's but the last visit with Dr. Sandberg I can unhesitatingly say were A+ through and through. From receptionist to hygienist to doctor, all were professional to the core and did an outstanding job in their respective parts of the process. X-ray procedures, teeth cleaning, teeth examination were all done with the utmost care and my questions or comments were met with satisfyingly articulated answers.
