Becky, my hygienist, was great as usual. Dr. Sandberg is very thorough and has a gentle touch.
practically painless, took 30 minutes less than expected, no discomfort after the procedure. got the crown right then so I didn't have to have a second appointment

I have been very satisfied with my dental work done at Sandburg Modern Dental. Dr. Sandburg does very good work. That said, it would be nice if you guys could design a patient excuse notice which can be signed by the receptionist. I don't believe I should have to wait around 10 minutes after my appointment is over, waiting for the office staff to find a good moment to interrupt the doctor to sign my excuse. I realize this is a minor issue, but the excuses are necessary for me to turn into my payroll department at work and I ... read more
Everyone from the receptionist to the dentist was very professional, courteous, and friendly. My appointment was on time which is very important to me. The information I received was clear and easy to understand. I was very pleased with the whole process.
