My husband and lived at Highland Park apt for 12 years in three different from the two bed to the townhouse and returned on the two berm with old floors. We had to move out this past August medical reasons to move in with our daughter and family. First of all, they willingly allow us o break our lease. It's a good, quiet neighborhood with little traffic. Good location, friendly staff. I wish I had known about some of the problems before moving in, considering the price I paid. By the end of my lease, there were cracks up and down my wall, the flooring was bubbling and lifting up, the counters were separating from the wall... All due to foundation issues. I've lived here two years. The personel in the office are super nice and the maintenance men get their work done fast and efficient.
