Would not recommend anything managed by Rockwood capital, their management from apt manager on up reflects a disdain for the residents, especially at Seven Oaks where management is out to rip off their residents at every turn

We spoke with Kenda and made an appointment right away. She was amazing with breaking everything down for us and showing us around.
