Best dental experience. I have been going to Highland dental for the last 6 months or so. I am go glad I found a new dental office. Each experience was very stress free, minimal to no discomfort. All the docs, hygienists and staff are very professional and caring. They are always on time, and the facilities and equipment are modern. Today, I had a maintenance cleaning and Rudy was very detailed and knowledgeable in educating me. He actually motivated me to want to take better care of my teeth. Can't ask for more than that! Great, clean space. It’s my first time ever to have my own TV above the heads of the docs and assistants. What a treat to have my teeth cleaned while watching Netflix. The staff, docs and assistants are all wonderful and friendly. Always had a great experience. Very easy to schedule appointments. Finance always taken cared of by front desk with my insurance. Definitely recommended.
Amazing staff. My cleanings are always amazing here. Front desk is always welcoming. I highly recommend this dental office. Atmosphere is A1as well . Ps they provide cool glasses 🤓.
Had a dentist for 30 years and when he retired I did not think I would find another caring and gentle doctor. Today I found his replacement.
Update - 2 years later and I still love coming here for my dental cleanings. I changed jobs and insurance and they were able to advise me on which option to choose to ensure they were still covered. Incredibly happy with my care. I highly recommend them! Also, Rudy continues to be amazing. Had a great first visit today for my annual exam, x-rays, and cleaning. They confirmed my insurance would cover all of it before proceeding. Rudy did an excellent job with my cleaning!
After moving to Hayward after living in Berkeley for 28 years, I needed to find a dentist in my area. I checked Yelp and found Highland Dental. I called to make sure my dental insurance was accepted, then made an appointment. They were able to see me just a few days later, and I was very impressed by the way I was treated, from the front desk to the office in back! Dr Watu was thorough in her exam, and referred me to an Endodontist for a consultation. I’m so pleased to have found a new dentist home. Excellent service!
