Could be way better Floors make noise from upstairs like other posts say, walls could be thicker and make sure before you move in everything is what you want.

Verified Renter Small complex. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot. I like the two shades of paint on the exterior. The gray looks modern. Fairly quiet neighbors tho the walls could be a little thicker and some of the floor squeaks from upstairs neighbor but it’s not horrible. I’m really happy with how the apartment turned out. 3 yr resident Raised my rent $100, gave me 6 business days to view properties, decide which is best, submit application, pay, get approved and provide Highland Cross Apts my 60 day written notice that I will be moving....or sign another year lease. DO NOT LET THEIR SMOOTH TALK FOOL YOU! Verified Renter Living here has been pretty good my only problem really would be that the floors creek very bad & it’s annoying. Other than that it’s just not in the best of areas but they are thriving to be a better community.

Verified Renter I love living here! The leasing office has helpful, friendly people and they love to chat and find out about your life. They are quick to respond to my concerns. When I renewed my lease we negotiated and I was able to get exactly what I wanted to update my apartment and I am very satisfied. I have wonderful neighbors and we watch out for each other.
great apartments Moved in recently. Justin and Veronica were so great! They made the process so simple. Very kind to me which made things even better! They listened and answered any questions or concerns I had. The apartments are really nice. Safe as well. Super happy I moved in to such a good place. Vanessa was wonderful as well.
Love how fast the response time is when you need s... Love how fast the response time is when you need something fixed or looked at, management is super nice! Complex over all is super quiet and upkept.
