Verified Renter I have been living here almost a year now and I have to say it has been a wonderful experience and I have renewed my lease for another year every one has been great here .I couldn't have picked a better place to live I honestly love living here
Verified Renter At first when I moved here I loved it . But honestly it's gone down hill since and the prices have gone up . They were supposed to update the park and didn't. It's really hard to get maintenance to you especially for blinds . It's hard to reach the office by phone . My car has been broken into as of many others and they did nothing about it. My cat was stolen off my car and again they did nothing about it.

Verified Renter Great apartment complex very affordable and peaceful community all the units have washer and dryers in them now I been here almost two years .

Verified Renter Neighborhood is not the same as when I first got here. There’s times I hear shooting and arguing throughout the night. Not something the leasing office can control. Maintenance is always on top of things as usual. Staff is cool, I’ll call & nobody will answer still but the office hours say they’re there. People are still leaving their pet fever around. Been here almost 4 years and I can’t wait to leave. It’s been one hell of an experience. Some good and bad. But, time for me to move on.

Verified Renter Not happy with rent increase, considering the Apartments have not been updated. Old appliances, old carpets, old plumbing fixtures, old HVAC systems, and it takes weeks for maintenance to respond to maintenance requests.

Verified Renter I was impressed with the inside of the apartment everything was nice and new when i moved in . I was kind of nervous because i didn’t do a full walk threw i only seen pictures online .
