Verified Renter If you're on a tight budget, it's a solid place. Pretty spacious layout. Simple layout and includes a fireplace. Management is putting in effort. But there is a lot of local homelessness. Homeless and non-homeless always walking around. I've heard what I'm 90% sure we're gunshots on at least two occasions. (Besides one guy who blast music/base while pulling in every afternoon & for an hour or so on Saturday mornings) But my Neighbors directly across and above me are quite and nice. Keep to themselves but pleasant to interact with and say hi when we cross paths.
