I could not believe how I was treated! I came all the way from Washington state to only leave un-tattooed. Not one person said a thing when I walked in, it wasn't even busy! A guy finally said hi and that was it. So l spoke up and asked if I could get some help and a guy was just like yeah sure very rudely and finally a woman came out to help. My outlook on this place has completely changed and am no longer a fan.
Khoi does my work...he gives great conversation and amazing artwork/tattoos...see you all soon.

I have never walked into a tattoo shop with no appt and treated so amazingly. Jeff is calm , sweet and easy on the eyes. His work is flawless and quick. My girlfriend and I,who I hadn't seen each other in years wanted to mark the moment. Thanks to everyone at HV!!
