Our shop is also masterfully decorated by Kat Von D and has a beautiful and unique atmosphere that you don't find in any other tattoo shop.

Very sad that the customer service is horrible at the shop. Went in on my birthday with my husband and brother to inquire about possibly getting a memorial tattoo and was never greeted. Looked through the book at the receptionist table and a male was their and turned his head and still yet to acknowledge any of us. Several other people walked in and still not greeting but he had lots to say to the employees who were their chit chatting with him.
