I tried numerous times to get an appointment, I went in and asked for a date, then I was told I needed to book via the website. I rushed to the hotel, send an email asking for an appointment, never got any reply. Sent numerous reminders with weeks in between, never any reply. I was planning for a 1000USD tattoo, guess I need to go and check elsewhere....
I want to order some t shirts. Id love to have a tattoo but im on disability. My one dream get tattooed by kat. I love her.

I came to LA for the sole purpose of getting tattooed at High Voltage and I couldn't be happier with my experience. :) Khoi was wonderful, as was Ryan, and the rest of those in the shop created a relaxed and family like atmosphere :) Plus the tattoo was cute as hell

I dream about moving to L.A. I totally know firsthand how nasty moth r r nature can be having lost everything in Hurricane Andrew. I don't know how you handle earthquakes. I watched Kat when she first appeared on Miami, Inc. I loved her and her art for a long time. I was screaming at the television when she started in with Jesse, breathed a sigh of relief, then she got back with him. I know she is no longer with him, THANK GOD. She deserves so much better.
