Absolute despicable behavior attitude customer service and everything else you could possibly tie into a retail business's demeanor towards customers
Love these guys. They have always out done themselves. I have bought 2 bikes and use the service department when I am on town. I live in Washington State and can't imagine buying a bike anywhere else. Jeremy is my sales person and is a great no pressure guy. I highly recommend him.

I special ordered parts on Sunday and got delivery on Wednesday. Great service!! Now I have to get to work on the installation.
Do not use the mechanic shop here! My father took his Harley in to get a head gasket replaced. They charged him more than $1,600 dollars and took 5 weeks. They said once they took it apart, they couldn't put it back together without leaking... Not only that they charged him for everything plus labor for every piece they couldn't put back properly. I highly recommend you reconsider before using the mechanics here. Very unfortunate and incredibly costly...
