Terrible service. Wouldn't loan me any tools to adjust my chain and i didn't want to pay them a hundred dollars to do it because the service department didn't know how tight to adjust it. I thought they had "professional" technicians...?
Best experience of my life these guys are the best !!!!!!! Been a year since I got my bike we love goin there and just hanging out at the events it’s just like one big family there !!!!!
Wes in the parts department went above and beyond! We bought Sena20 headsets about 15 minutes prior to closing time. He stayed past his shift to install them for us right after we purchased them! And he did it with a smile! Thank you! :)
Great business and donates a lot to the community and groups. Every time they have an event I'm there, great job to everyone at HDHD and to the Local Hog Chapter! Peggy
They don't have the greatest selection of shirts I have been to many dealers across the US and this is a nice place clean and friendly
