We just stopped in to get a shirt. Sales people were very friendly and my wife said the bathrooms were very clean.
Great Place to View ALL the H.D. Products and they are VERY Friendly & Helpful!! Never Had My butt in the Seat of a Motorcycle, YET, Their "Learn to Ride" Program is Beyond Excellent!! ~ Started with Classroom Session, and right on to a "Street 500" {NO Wimpy little scooter!!} FROM Start Button to "Wheels in Motion"!! Now, I am ready to Learn More Skills and GET My own Harley!!
To any one thinking about buying a Harley, I would encourage you to go to High Desert Harley-Davidson. The staff there goes above and beyond to get you out the door on a Harley. I am a repeat customer of Jeff Swinney, the best salesman there! All the staff there treat you like a friend rather than just another customer.
My experience at High Desert Harley was pretty good. From the first salesman I came in contact with, to all the other departments within the store, they were all extremely helpful, and very friendly.
