I would like to give props to the Learn 2 Ride program at High Desert. Tiana and Brian are awesome trainers that encourage and help you learn every aspect of riding. I was able to tell that they love what they do and appreciate that completely.
Staff at High Desert Harley Davidson is exceptional. While on our yearly vacation my heritage needed a new rear wheel. Travis Weber went completely out of his way to insure our parts got in as fast as possible and when they arrived he put us in front of the line for repair. The entire staff we ran into while we were there treated us extremely well. Thank you High Desert !!!
Excellent Harley Shop! If you have to have a flat tire on your bike in northern Idaho, you can't go wrong bringing your ride to High Desert HD. Excellent customer service, service department and great selection of motor clothes! Thanks Kevin and Mark for fixing up my girl. Had to get a hitch and wiring kit for my 2002 fat boy unheard of to get in 2 days for my honeymoon the guys at the parts counter busted it out i made the hitch work bolted right on thanks guys u were great

After a busted kickstand 500 miles from home, the parts guy Chance informed me that he did not have one in stock. But was able to find a service tech that happen to have one lying around. The tech was willing to sell it to me at a very reasonable price, installed it for me and had me on my way back to California in 30 minutes. Chance and the service tech (unfortunately I did not get his name) went above and beyond to help me out and get me back on the road home. Professional and courteous service. I have bought 3 bikes from little Jeremy and he is great. Takes the time to explain everything on the bike and followed up to make sure everything was ok and to see if we had any questions. He is great
