Great service when we bought our Harley. After taking it in to have work done this past spring however....we were not happy at all. Not only did the work not get done that was expected, but the "BETTER" product that was suppose to replace other parts, are worse and the parts that were taken off our bike. The chrome removed to put new parts on has still yet to be returned or replaced, no matter how many numerous times we called and complained or tried to schedule bringing our bike back in.
