Honestly cannot thank Jason enough for the amazing job he did putting in my yellow birch engineered flooring . The heck with 5 stars I give it 10 stars
Though the floors are beautiful the customer service was extremely poor. Higgins installed the wrong flooring & were very uncooperative in rectifying the problem. Let this be a warning to others. Higgins does not take responsibility for their mistakes.

We had the whole lower level of our condo sanded, stained and refinished. It came out excellent, the workers were very accommodating and professional. Higgins was recommended to us by another customer in the condo complex, and I would also highly recommend them as well. They have a process and it works very well.
