Our clinic has served the Northville area (and beyond) for over 30 years and is known as a small, friendly, country clinic with a warm, happy, and low-key atmosphere. Our clinic is located on the site of an old dairy farm dating back to before the Civil War. In September of 2000, we opened our new facility located on the same site as our old clinic. This place is great, never have to wait long, and they take great care of my pets. They really care!
The vet Dr. Berry and Trina the vet tech were great. They listened well and were gentle and thorough with my dog. Loss of one star because the desk staff's disposition is atrocious both over the phone and in person. Service prices are reasonable, facility was clean, nicely organized and made you feel at home.
Our young cat recently received excellent treatment for a minor emergency. The staff is kind, efficient, and very considerate of individual animal temperment. I have had positive encounters with all of the Doctors over the past 5 years and good outcomes for our pets. The practice does not pressure owners to pursue expensive routine testing or purchase in-house food products. I was very impressed. Our dogs have been going to the Salem vet for years and they almost killed our Hali. I should have changed then but didn't. I recently googled and found this place and thought I would give it a try. After I made the appointment I received several emails confirming the appointment, a link for their website and was very happy. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I hope every business and person can do something to improve. We are back after 15 years or so. Our new pet, Chica is a 4 year old Toy Australian Shepard, and she has some socializing issues. Everyone we met had a pleasant attitude and seemed to care about her. What a pleasant experience, as I had taken her to her original vet and I was not impressed. Today I felt like part of the team and she was much more relaxed. I would highly recommend Hidden Spring Veterinary Clinic!
