A friend has standing water in is apartment caused by the one above. There is mold in the walls and floor. Stay away from this place!!!
It is a nice place to visit and live everyone so nice and friendly
My friend lives there & her apartment floor is currently flooded from a roof leak that they refuse to fix & the place is covered in mold. It's so moldy, the walls are falling apart. It's not even fit for human habitation.
Its a good place to live never had trouble with mice or critters had a few things wrong like blinds garbage disposal and mold but it's all taken care of now but I need a new tub the paints coming off and got air coming through my patio door but other then that it's a nice neighborhood to live in I've been here 8 years now
I been here for three years its all been great except for the tenants stealing out of the garden if they wanted the stuff they should have planted it
All I have to say is donot move in these apts they have field nice and they won't take care of them to get rid of them the washer and dryers don't work and they say that they are going to replace them (after a year and a half they never did) Perry is a dick you can't stand in the hall way to wait for the kids to get off the bus or to get a little fresh air . please do not move in these apt you will be sorry
My husband and I just moved in. Maintenance has been quick in responding and office staff is very friendly. Neighbors in my building seem very nice too.
