This is literally the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. Nothing gets fixed and it is absolutely infested with roaches. My apartment has been flooding for 5 days and it’s still not fixed. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! Update day 8 and apartment is still flooding!
just wanted to put this out here. I have a friend that lives in a building someone had gotten stabbed in. I've worked in maintenance for many years so I'm fully aware of law on biohazard. just want to let you know it highly illegal to clean carpet when a biohazard happens. Truly suggests you cut ALL carpet out and replace it asap.
When I moved in I warned them I don't do bedbugs. After 3 years a couple apartments moved out in my building and next thing you know I start seeing bedbugs!! Needless to say we moved out and they charged us over $3000 for moving out of their bedbug invested apartments that they never updated and barely fixed. I had to throw everything away and start over I would avoid this place at all costs!!
I find it funny that my review was deleted. Maybe they are mad cuz I have pictures of bugs and mold EVERYWHERE in their apartments. DO NOT MOVE HERE, I repeat. They will be fake up front n act nice but they dont fix or do anything! Nasty ass apartments, and all the druggies that hang out in the buildings, we found dirty needles in the hallway. Yea the apartments are nice but getting them to do and service requests are next to impossible. They keep saying they finished my requests yet I have not seen anyone. Also recently came across a mouse issue and they said they would send an exterminator but they havent!!
