I have a friend who lives here and the staff is horrible. They do not answer questions. They do not provide copies of leases and other important things. My friend still doesnt know how much is his rent because they will not tell him. They also dont let you write it down either. The parking is awful and I refuse to park on the street when I pay rent at a place.
You know, I pay plenty for my 3 bedroom apartment here and just had to park outside the gate.....AGAIN. i really hope my car is there and untouched tomorrow. This is ridiculous. Also would love to have my carpet cleaned like I was promised months ago since there were stains upon moving in. I really don't want to loose my deposit over previous residents stains.
