I have been here for 6 months and I enjoy living here.
This is absolutely the worst apartment I ever lived in. I wish I would've listened to the reviews. These guys are absolute crooks. If I could leave 0 stars I would. 6 Months after my move-out date I got a call from a collector saying I still owed a balance to Hidden Lakes after I had already paid them 2 different times for charges and after paying the last one I specifically asked them if my account was paid in full and that there were no other charges and they said yes. You would think they would have the ability by now to send out notifications about the pool being closed. They sure can send info about office equipment being for sale but not inform their own residents about the status of the pool. It’s the hottest day of the summer, get your act together. Definitely not renewing.
Been here a year, not resigning.... So new management took over which means the only person who took care of us, got let go.... that aside, I will not be resigning cuz the residents here do not pick up after their dogs and there are piles of poop in front of my patio, my kids can’t even play outside. The trash isn’t picked up daily like we’re forced to pay for ($25 a month) and noise complaints aren’t taken care of so my son is being constantly woken up by my extremely loud neighbors.

Don't bother looking here, office not so helpful and your stuff is not safe. Car broken in to in the "locked" gates. Not worth your headaches!
