Amazing company with knowledge staffs! I purchased 3 sets of HID kits from them so far and will go back to them in the future. 2 Morimoto kits for my Hyundai and Hylux kit for my BMW F30(2 kits in store, 1 kit from online). They know what they are selling. Don’t know about their install since i installed them myself but heard/saw their works and looks legit. Most importantly, I didn’t have to hassle with them when my morimoto ballast failed. They just tested and gave me new one. Love this place!
The kit I recieved came with an air freshener that literally ate through the plastic on my center console of a brand new subaru forester. After getting in touch with customer support we were able to work out a solution. HID Kit Pros stepped up in a big way to send me a replacment part to the vehicle. I appreciate the professionalism exhibited by the individual I spoke with (not the person who initially replied to my review). Thanks again for the great customer service!
