Hi, BBB community member. I ordered a $1300 set of headlamps from this company in November 2020. I was provided a fake tracking number. The shop delayed the transaction several weeks by saying they were tied up in a supposed shipping investigation. Eventually, they sent a product our that was apparently delivered, yet on my home security cameras, there was no delivery. I watched the UPS drivers unload packages in front, on camera. RecommendedDefinitely I recommend HID KIT Pros! I used to buy hid kit for my own cars family and friends from other stores but I found out there just expensive and at the end on my personal opinion sometimes expensive doesn't mean you will be 100% satisfied..! I've tried other stores but HID KIT Pros did something that other stores are not doing on times like we are living and is sell cheaper than others, get fast shipping but most important customer service...! One of their lights I had put in my vehicle ended up not breaking and ended up catching on fire, since then customer service has ignored me and I had over $1200 in damage. Be careful about purchasing these lights.

I haven’t yet gotten my lights but I’m very impressed so far, the customer service is amazing! I moved from Reno Nevada where customer service was really all they had to Arizona where people don’t care about customer service. When I placed my order I accidentally placed two of the same orders, I got a call about an hour later asking if I meant to do that.
