I have been staying here for 5 months this will be my last month and I'm so ready to go. ..First off they have poor management. If you pay your rent on time they should have no problem immediately fixing your issues. I have black mold growing on my walls my carpet smells like mildew. My a/c unit is in my closet which this is a poor choice because it leaks and they call it condensation. SMH. This is not the first time it has happend this is the second. Bug infested
I have lived here for several months now, and can honestly say this is my absolute favorite place that I have lived. I lived in two other places in Chattanooga before this place and it is by far the best for the money. Everyone on the staff is amazing and the apartments are quite decent for what I pay. No they are not perfect, but I'd like to see you find something in this area that is pet friendly and in the same price range. I have lived here for two years and I could not ask for a better place to live. I'm so happy I made this my home and my dogs home they love it and the staff is very friendly and gets stuff done when you ask. Love calling this place home.
