RecommendedI love the Lorrie Hutton. She will always greet you with a friendly smile. She helped me to get into my apartment. I love this place. They had a place that I was looking for.
Lorrie Huntton personality was all I needed to move in.
We had 2 days to move out of state. The grove made that happen for us. In 24 hours we applied, signed the lease, and moved in. The office staff is like a second family. Lorie is truly amazing and such a joy to be around. Everywhere we’ve been I’ve avoided having to go to the office because of rude staff or inconvenience, but I look forward to stopping by the office here. The apartments are very nice with beautiful kitchens and huge bedrooms.
Hickory Valley is an excellent community, i love the huge fitness center and the convenience of being close to I-75 and Hamilton Place Mall.
I have been here for 7 years and i love it because it is so peaceful and the staff is great.
They never answer the phone I have been trying to get a issue resolved for almost 3 months and they still won't give me a straight answer.
I just moved from Atlanta back to chattanooga and I must say that out of all the places I looked at before moving here this place is the best. The price and the proximity to the highway make it ideal! The management and staff have been so accommodating and pleasant! I've lived in Atlanta for a long time and am glad to be back in chattanooga and am glad to have found this place!
this place has the worse management team! no one bothers to keep the pool area clean and they act like it's the tenants job. that why we pay to live here. also, the pool is never open! why pay for the amenities at an apartment if you can't use them. no one move in here!!! worse place ever.
