Nate was so helpful and always so pleasant. He inquired how I was doing with the basement and even took a minute to go down and check everything. He is a real asset to Hickory Hollow.
We had a heating issue last week. Contacted maintenance, they were wonderful Patrick and Nate cam within 15 minutes and fixed our heating system, it was really cold out, we are very thankful they were able to take care of this so quickly. They were both very professional and considerate!
Nate fixed and unclogged toilet in bedroom also fixed closet door excellent job
Overall, we enjoy living in Hickory Hollow. In particular, this post is to compliment Nate from maintenance. We lost hot water. The problem required Nate having to come 4 times, including removing and installing 2 hot water heaters. Nate always arrived with a smile and was very willing to help?
