I am the president of an hoa that is managed by heywood, specifically steve and patty. These people have always been responsive, worked hard to resolve issues and kept us informed of issues. Having dealt with many other management companies over my 27 years at this association, this is one of the best I have ever dealt with.
Steve and Patty have always addressed the needs of our HOA in acceptable time. Folks need to realize that not everything has a quick fix, but I can assure you that Steve and or Patty are working on it.. Sometimes you just need a little patience and to realize you are no the only HOA with an issue. Kudos to Heywood!!!
I rarely complain, but when I do, my complaints aren't addressed. They are heavy handed in issuing fines (such as a street legal vehicle with a flat tire parked in my driveway) without outlining where in the HOA guidelines (having a flat tire) is prohibited. Responses are normally canned, I can't seem to get anyone to accept accountability for any issues (it's easier to pass the buck, apparently).
