I have had two instances now of Heywood’s vendor wanting to use my water to hose down the park sidewalks next door to me. First time it happened I was told by the receptionist that the cost of the water isn’t that much, but that she would contact them to not do that. Second time the guy came to my house and asked and I said NO because I was told the vendor should be bringing their own water (water tank). Abusive, unresponsive, selective enforcement, rude and dishonest.
As a lender, I deal with many HOAs. This one is the best I've dealt with! Even their message on hold was extremely pleasant. I left a message and Susan called me right back and answered all of my questions:) She was very friendly and professional. All HOAs should model themselves after these Rock stars!!!
I have had several issues with my move onto my new home. Without exception, the people at Heywood have resolved them with courtesy and professionalism.
