Heywood is happy to be paid to do as little as possible, preferably nothing, in exchange for that payment. They don't follow through on issues and requests, do virtually no onsite visits or inspections, and refuse to enforce the most basic rules and regulations that could result in serious liability issues for property owners. These guys are a joke. Our trash can sits out less than 24 hours past the time the trash ran and we get these emails and letters. (Mind you we have our trash cans cleaned which is why they are out). But Heywood doesn’t do anything about the overgrown lots, parties till the early morning, drug deals, stray animals, cars parked in every direction and across sidewalks WHEN THE DRIVEWAY IS EMPTY, animal nuisance, construction companies dumping trash in the neighborhood and the list goes on. What do we pay you for?
Terrible, terrible, terrible HOA managers. I called to complain about my butchered bushes in the front. I was told that this is the normal trimming. It's not. Leaving stubs behind instead of properly trimming bushes is not proper landscaping. I pay a lot toward HOA fees through this company and what I get is butchered landscaping.
I hope any community looks into the reviews, will see why not to hire a HOA (from haywood) they sarcastically to a resident review about complaints! (reference reviews from Google)
The communication is non existent, they charge fees to pad their pockets and maintenance after many calls still hasn’t occurred. Many other HOA management companies. I have 5properties with different management companies and this is by far the worst.
