Heywood management is a new management group at Breckenridge manor. I have had two minor issues and both were handled with courtesy and professionally. Chad, our Heywood representative followed up with the first issue and I am waiting for a resolution to my second issue with our landscapers. I have been on a few boards of previous HOAs and I recognize that the management groups just oversees the board's decisions. they don't make the decisions. the worst property management company ever. they are super slow to fix any thing, respond to anything or replace anything...Never again! Our Condo we purchased for rental purposes has major structural defects and they are responsible for these things. You have to stay on top of them to get anything done. BUT their HOA fees keep going up...NOTHING is ever done in a timely manor. If you want a new full time job, then go through them, otherwise stay clear.

I have lived at one of their properties for years. I chose to go in and pay my payment instead of mailing it and it has given me a chance to meet some of the staff. Especially Brenda she is always so nice and helpful. Anytime I have ever had any problems they direct me down the proper path to get it resolved. They are very professional and helpful. love the Heywood Group!
