I bought a used vehicle from Heyward Allen Toyota. Shortly after I got it home I had an issue with it not cranking. As soon as I was able to get in touch with someone, I was directed to Levi in the service department. He was extremely friendly and did everything necessary to get my car back on the road. Fortunately, it was only the battery and I was able to pick the car up the same day. Thank you to Levi and his service crew!
They found exactly what I wanted, ordered, and had it available in less than 2 days. Great overall service and follow-up made it easy to get through the process.
