I recently purchased a 2018 4Runner. I worked with Geary McWhorther. He work hard getting the 4Runner I wanted at the price I was comfortable paying. He called when he said he would and kept me informed along the way. A few of days after the purchase, I had a couple of questions about the 4Runner, Geary did not mind at all sitting down with me again. I would recommend Hayward Allen and Geary to anyone.
After having a maintenance issue with our 4Runner, Chuck Easter(general manager) and his team went out of their way to correct the issues in a timely manner while going above and beyond to meet our needs. We would and will continue to recommend Hayward Allen Toyota in Athens to friends and family!
I went in to trade my van and needed to get something quick. I didnt have great credit so I knew it would be a challenge but Trey Cocus and Mario G. Worked hard to get me a steal and now I'm absolutely in love with my new Nissan and walked away without a doubt in my mind that it was what I wanted. They made it to where I felt like I didn't have to settle with my low score. After buying a car brand new in 2009 with them and I knew that was my first stop. I will definitely get my next car with Heyward Allen Toyota.
Buying my Certified 2015 Toyota Avalon from Heyward Allen Toyota was just about the best car buying experience ever. I found the car online and started an email thread with David McDaniel to negotiate prices on the 2015 Avalon and the 2011 Avalon I was trading in. I have never been so mistreated in my entire life! I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation and balance and to fix the lift gate handle on my 2007 Toyota Sequoia at the Heyward Allen Toyota dealership in Athens, GA. The only lights on my dash that were on were the maintenance light because it was due for an oil change and the tire pressure light because of a sensor.
