Zero salesman wearing masks when I pulled into their lot. I didn’t bother getting out of my car. This is why online car buying is the way to go now. It seems the owners of these places have the same issues.
Just went there to get my 60,000 mile check, and the service guy told me that would cost 500.00 . Well if you know me, I walk out and told him that's the last time he would see me there. Folks my car only needed a oil change, it has all new tires. So what could be 500.00? ( Commission). I also brought the warranty on my car and was told at time of purchase that I wouldn't be paying for any maintenance til 100,000 miles, so what a joke play on me.
The service dept is the best! Always pleased with the friendly service writers and how organized they are even in getting the car checked in.

The sales department is phenomenal. Phil cross was salesman. Very nice and easy to deal with. Definitely recommend him if your in the market for a new or used Toyota
