The worst experience ever! Spoke with Samantha and Trey about purchasing a car they had posted. Got pre approved and was on my way to purchase the car tht was 4 hours away. After speaking with Samantha this morning letting her know I was on my way by when Samantha sent a “text” telling me the “reserve sign” was removed and the car was sold. After driving 4 hours to buy the car from heyward Allen all the manager could say was “what can I do”. I recommend to not do any business with such a poorly managed dealership.
