Dr.Hetz gets 5 star for my cataract surgery She was extremely thorough and took the time to do exact measurements of both eyes before and after which the doctor whom I went to for my first surgery did not do
Dr. Natasha prescription was completely wrong, we had to change twice and later got it corrected from old doctor. her billing department is not punctual as well. they do not send customer bill on time.
Dr. Natasha Herz is an excellent ophthalmologist and a surgeon. she is thorough, knowledgeable and has THE BEST bedside manner. Her office in Rockville is modern, clean, and her office staffs are friendly. If you need a skilled ophthalmologist and a surgeon and if you are seeking an honest, supportive, kind, and trustworthy doctor to accompany you on this journey of taking care of your eyes, I highly recommend Dr. Natasha Herz.
Dr Herz is terrific. She is my regular eye doctor and did my very successful cataract surgery as well. In addition to being highly skilled and experienced, she is a delightful person. Her staff is smart, efficient, and courteous. I am very pleased with the careful and thoughtful care she has given me over the last decade.
