Hertz employs friendly people that always make our car renting needs seamless and hassle free. The text message alert system indicates what stall we should direct ourselves to and the whole process takes less than 10 minutes. We couldn't be more pleased with Hertz West Palm Beach.
Our car was ready and clean, the employees friendly and efficient and the shuttle prompt, the drivers pleasant.
Great Especially the bus driver
Much improved over two years ago. I am a Gold member and regular user of the PBI Hertz facility -- 8-10 times a year. Cars are clean, check out process good. I like the advance email notification of parking space, plate number and type of car. Makes process faster and smoother.
From the minute I stepped on the shuttle bus until I drove away. The team was friendly, helpful, and accommodating.
