Overall good. Would have appreciated if staff would acknowledge gold member status and provided a complimentary upgrade.
Easy in; easy out. The first car I got was not to my liking, but in less than 60 seconds I was given a substitute car that was perfect (and almost brand-new). Service with a smile throughout. No complaints â â and LESS expensive than National Rent-A-Car!
