Everything was perfect. Cannot understand why anyone would not be Gold. Rates during Xmas season are absurd but that is just the way it is

Very good. Car was brand new. Will use Hertz again. Would have liked to be offered an upgrade.
Very straight forward and seamless experience. Shuttle was at airport on a timely basis and car was ready and waiting when i arrived. 10 minutes from landing I was in the rental and on my way.
