Car was dirty with lots of miles. Agents were not pleasant... Like they really did not want to be working...very disappointing... If you don't like your job , get a new one somewhere. But don't just go through the motions....

The wait for the bus at the terminal was too long but driver was very curtious. Car was clean. Exit and return staff friendly and efficient. I would recommend to a friend.
Pleasant helpful staff provide great customer engagement. Vehicles clean and good condition.
Took some time to get to the counter but once I was there the customer service women was very nice and got me on my way.
